AgileApps Live provides built-in support to manage service level agreements and processes. Service Level Agreements, or SLAs, are a means to keep track of how long tasks should take. When defining an SLA you can specify how soon a response needs to be sent and how long an issue should take to be resolved. Because tasks with SLAs are more important you can also monitor progress as the end date of the SLA approaches and you can attach a set of escalation patterns to trigger automated actions.
